The aim of the tone up programmes is to help you transform your body into the desired shape and appearance. We will work to tone up and build proportionate muscle in key areas to help improve the shape of your body and achieve the look which you want! We will utilise a combination of weights, cardiovascular training and circuits to help us achieve our goals. The tone up programme will not only provide you with aesthetic benefits but also functional fitness benefits helping you to take your training to the next level. The programme is specifically tailored to your needs and goals. Each programme includes an ab training guide, day by day training schedule with explanations and progressions, exercise guide with training cues and form guide as well as a progress tracker so we can monitor your progress. This programme also comes with 24/7 support from myself!
