This programme has been designed to maximise muscle gain and training progress in the most effective way possible. The training is based on tried and tested methods I have utilised with clients in addition to being based on principles supported by the most recent scientific research. The programme includes an ab training guide, day by day training schedule with progressions and explanations, an exercise guide with training cues and form guide as well as a progress tracker to help us maximise and follow your progress.
