The basics of Nutrition are simple, most of us know what is good for us and what is bad for us, unfortunately this grey area in the middle is where all kinds of trouble arises from. This ranges from nutrient deficiencies to hidden calories, sugar and salt intake. This grey area can cause havoc with both your physique and health! 

That's why I like to keep it simple! With my Diet plans I will ask you what your goals are, what you like to eat, what you are happy to give up and what you are not happy to give up! DON'T WORRY THERE WILL BE NO JUDGEMENT ON THIS END - NONE OF US ARE PERFECT!

Whilst I can't promise you I will be able to let you eat take aways 4 days a week and drink a bottle of wine a night while still losing weight I can promise that together we will create a diet plan which is flexible and easy to stick to and still includes some of your favourite foods while making sure we are maintaining nutritional value to boost your health!
